Frequently Asked Question

Bookings for our popular speakers can be anywhere from 6-9 months in advance. Be sure to get your request in early!

Please Note:  We are often not able to accept invitations for the upcoming year until late fall of the preceding year. Thank you for your patience!

You will receive an acknowledgment email shortly after submitting your request. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it may take several weeks to up to two months (or longer) to provide an update on speaker availability and confirm your event. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our speakers are limited to no more than three hour-long presentations per day, with the exception of an additional 30 minute Q&A session. The travel fee estimate and honorarium are based on a one-day event. If you are requesting a speaker for an event spanning longer than 24 hours, 50% of the honorarium will be added for every additional day, and the travel fee will be adjusted as needed.

WallBuilders covers all lodging, meal and transportation arrangements (covered by the travel fee). The host/venue is responsible to provide a microphone and sound system. Most events involve a multimedia presentation requiring either a monitor or screen and projector with HDMI connections.

In addition to an honorarium, the event sponsor is responsible to cover travel expenses including all applicable airfare, lodging, transportation, food, tolls/tips/misc. Honorariums typically range from $2000 – $6000 depending on the speaker requested. Travel expenses for a one-day event are estimated between $1300 – $2100 depending on the speaker requested.
